The BFG unveils our Dream Jar!
On Tuesday, July 12, we finally unveiled our Golden Phizzgunner Dream Jar at Emirates Stadium.A group of 30 Junior Gunners and their guardians were invited down to the Emirates to join us for an exclusive event with our very own BFG (Big Friendly German) Per Mertesacker! The JGs heard Per talk about one of his favourite childhood books and listened to him read the opening few pages of Roald Dahl’s famous story.Junior Gunner Fahad dreamed up the winning name for our jar, and was invited on stage to meet Per and tell us a little more about how he came up with Golden Phizzgunner.
