Southampton Determined To Sign Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
Reports are out claiming that Southampton are stepping up their bid to re-sign Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. The Sunday Mirror reported that Jose Fonte is trying to persuade Oxlade-Chamberlain to return Southampton. Oxlade-Chamberlain, 22, currently battling back from a knee injury, faces a dilemma over his future this summer. Southampton captain Fonte, 32, played with Oxlade-Chamberlain in their time together at St Mary's and is desperate for the England star to go back. West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is an admirer and Saints hope their connection could tempt him back.
