Arsenal Edging Closer To Sign Monchengladbach's Granit Xhaka
It has been revealed that Arsenal are believed to be closing in on Borussia Monchengladbach's Granit Xhaka. According to reports from Sky Sports Germany, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has held further talks with the father and agent of the Swiss midfielder. It is understood that Wenger has discussed the particulars of the transfer which is expected to cost the North London club around £33million. Xhaka, 23, has attracted interest from Manchester City and Liverpool but it is believed that Arsenal are in pole position to lure him from Germany this summer.
