Agent confirms young midfielder has agreed Arsenal deal
At this point we've all known for a long time that Kelechi Nwakali was joining Arsenal, but it's now been confirmed by the youngster's agent, as reported by the Express. The 17-year-old is highly rated in Nigeria and was key to his side's success at the U17 World Cup. Arsenal fans were hoping to see more established names join the club this past January, but Mohamed Elneny was the only senior player to be added to the squad. Arsene Wenger clearly still puts a lot of his focus on youth though, with Nwakali the latest acquisition.
