Mathieu Debuchy Close To Completing Aston Villa Move
The Daily Mirror has reported that Arsenal right-back Mathieu Debuchy is set to make a move to Aston Villa on a loan deal until the end of the season. Debuchy has widely been touted to leave Arsenal during the January transfer window in search of regular first team football and it is believed that the Frenchman is on the verge of sealing his temporary transfer to Villa Park. The former Newcastle United defender will join the Midlands club for the remainder of the campaign and the transfer is expected to be completed within the next few days. The report in the Mirror touched on Villa's transfer plans which will be thrashed out between club chiefs and owner Randy Lerner in New York on Monday...
