Arsenal lining up £52m double raid for Champions League midfielders
Arsenal are plotting a sensational £52m double raid of Granit Xhaka and Adrien Rabiot this month, according to the Metro. Gunners chief Arsene Wenger is reportedly searching for reinforcements to supplement his club’s title challenge. Key midfielders Francis Coquelin, Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere have all suffered with long term injuries this season, though the North London outfit have so far dealt with them accordingly. The £7m arrival of Basel dynamo Mohamed Elneny is set to be completed once the Egyptian international receives his work permit.
