Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Africa's Footballer of the Year, has been linked with Arsenal for several months. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has ruled out leaving Borussia Dortmund for Arsenal as the club announced that there were no plans for any more January sales. There has recently been renewed speculation that Arsenal are planning a move for Gabon international Aubameyang, who has scored 18 Bundesliga goals this season and was named Africa's Footballer of the Year on Thursday.
