Arsenal & Chelsea face unlikely competition for cultured defender
Norwich City have emerged as the latest unlikely suitors for Olympique de Marseille defender Nicolas Nkoulou, according to reports in France. The cultured Cameroon defender was linked with a move to Arsenal and Chelsea during the summer, but ultimately, the former opted not to make a move, while the latter chose to sign another Ligue 1 defender—Papy Djilobodji—instead. As such, Nkoulou remained in France, but with his contract coming to an end during the summer, it appears likely that he may move in January, as OM take their final opportunity to cash in on the player.
