£21.5m Arsenal target talks up Premier League move
We've recently been linked with a £21.5m move for PSG's Lucas Moura (via the Metro), with the 23-year-old reportedly a top target of ours. The Brazilian is seemingly keen on a move to the Premier League too, although he does suggest that he may wait a while before making the switch, according to SporTV (via talkSPORT). 'It is clear that the Premier League is very strong,' he told SporTV. 'If an opportunity comes later and I no longer have the desire to play here, I would take the decision and I would play for another club.
