Arsenal Face Southampton Competition For Giannelli Imbula
It has been revealed that Southampton are eyeing Porto midfielder Giannelli Imbula. The 23 year old only joined Porto in the summer from Olympique Marseille for 25 million. El Mundo Deportivo says Saints boss Ronald Koeman is keen on Imbula, who he sees as an ideal replacement for Morgan Schneiderlin, now of Manchester United. Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham are also tracking Imbula's situation. Indeed, Blues boss Jose Mourinho admits he'd like to have signed Imbula last summer – but not for the price he left OM for.
