Arsene Wenger has decided on his No.1 January transfer target
GETTY TOP TARGET: Arsene Wenger is keen on Victor Wanyama Arsenal have a number of midfielders sidelined through injury and Wenger reckons Wanyama, 24, would be a quality addition to his squad for the second half of the season, the Daily Mirror report. Tottenham saw a £12m bid for the Kenya international rejected by Southampton last summer so Gunners chiefs will have to stump up in excess of £15m. Sporting Lisbon's William Carvalho is also on Wenger's radar but Wanyama's Premier League experience makes him a more attractive option.
