Arsenal ready move to sign £35m Portugal international
Arsenal are considering a move to sign long-term target William Carvalho from Sporting Lisbon in order to solve their ongoing injury crisis, Express reports. The 23-year-old has been linked with a switch to the Emirates over the past few seasons, but a formal move has yet to be agreed. However, manager Arsene Wenger is said to have drawn out a shortlist of midfielders that he is targeting as he looks to reinforce the squad. Another player being tipped for a transfer to the Premier League giants are Bayer Leverkusen star Lars Bender along with Porto starlet Ruben Neves.
