Atletico Madrid Pushing To Beat Arsenal For Serbian Whizkid
It has been reported that the race for Serbian whizkid Serbian wonderkid Andrija Zivkovic is heating up. AS reported that Atletico Madrid have stolen a march on Arsenal and Tottenham in the race to sign Zivkovic. Winger Zivkovic, who is on the books at Partizan Belgrade, is regarded as one of the brightest young prospects in Serbian football, and is nicknamed the ‘Serbian Messi'. The 19-year-old's contract is up in June and Atleti, who are aware that the likes of Arsenal, Spurs and Villarreal are keen on the teenager, have already made contact with the player's camp as they look to beat other interested teams to his signature.
