Arsenal’s Arsene Wenger: Liverpool’s Steven Gerrard the complete midfielder
Brendan Rodgers’ men visit the Emirates as they look to bounce back from the defeat to Manchester United, whilst the Gunners will be hoping to consolidate their place in the top four. And speaking ahead of the crunch Premier League fixture, Wenger heaped praise upon veteran Gerrard, who will leave Anfield at the end of the season to join MLS outfit LA Galaxy. And although Gerrard won’t play any part against Arsenal after being sent off in the match against United, Wenger admitted that the former England star was one of the best midfielders in the history of the game.
