Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin withdraws from Spain's Under-21 squad
Hector Bellerin has sparked injury concerns after withdrawing from the Spain Under-21 squad on Wednesday evening. The right-back, who has become a regular member of Arsene Wenger's first team since breaking through the youth setup in 2013, has been replaced with Sunderland's Javier Manquillo. The national team's official Twitter page confirmed the news, but did not reveal whether Bellerin has been struck down with a serious injury.
