Swansea City manager Bob Bradley has insisted that he will not rule with an "iron fist" in the early stages of his career at the Liberty Stadium. The 58-year-old became the first American manager in the Premier League when the Welsh outfit immediately hired him following the dismissal of Francesco Guidolin last week.
