Serge Gnabry has completed his move to Bundesliga side Werder Bremen. The 21-year-old signs for an undisclosed fee (via Werder Bremen's Official Website). It’s a surprising transfer story that has finally reached a conclusion today. German winger Serge Gnabry has signed for Bundesliga side Werder Bremen.
