Arsenal hold new transfer talks with Valencia over Germany international
Arsenal are set to hold fresh talks with Valencia over the transfer of the Germany international Shkodran Mustafi according to The Sun. The report states that the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has made the signing of Mustafi a priority and wants the deal concluded before the new Premier League season kicks. Wenger is currently facing a crisis in defence following an injury to Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny on extended leave after Euro 2016. Both have been ruled out for Arsenal’s opener against Liverpool while Gabriel is also struggling for fitness.
