Agent provides massive update on Arsenal & Chelsea's £28m transfer war
According to reports from Goal, agent Ahmed Bulut has insisted Arsenal and Chelsea transfer target Arda Turan will be staying at Barcelona for next season. The Turkish international only made his Barca debut in January due to the club's transfer ban, following a £28million arrival from Atletico Madrid the summer previous.
