Arsenal send youngster back home on loan deal
Arsenal youngster Jon Toral will spend the new season on loan at La Liga outfit Granada, according to the Express. The 21-year-old spent the previous season on loan at Championship club Birmingham City, scoring eight goals from his 36 league appearances. He won the Goal of the Season, Supporters' Player of the Season and Players' Player of the Season awards with Birmingham in May. However, the midfielder, who was born in Spain, will return to his home country for a loan spell there. Granda had been hopeful of inserting a buy clause into the deal for next summer, however the Gunners seemed less than keen for this.
