Wenger - Welbeck has a great future here
Arsène Wenger says he is “very, very happy” that he signed Danny Welbeck last summer.
The England forward has scored seven times this season and his high-energy approach has made him an instant hit with supporters.
Olivier Giroud’s goalscoring form has limited Welbeck’s opportunities as the central striker, but Wenger believes the 24-year-old has a big part to play in the run-in.
