Watford Open Talks With Ex-Arsenal Striker Adebayor
According to reports from the London Evening Standard, Watford have started negotiations with Tottenham over the possibility of signing Emmanuel Adebayor next month. While Spurs released the former Arsenal striker from their squad in September, they are still paying him the £100,000 a week owed on his contract. Spurs would prefer if he moves to a side that will agree to meeting the sum in full and Chelsea, West Ham, Aston Villa and Galatasaray have all been linked with his signature.
