Arsene Wenger Delivers Bad Injury News For Arsenal Fans
Another injury for the Gunners – this time in friendly fire! Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Francis Coquelin has suffered broken nose after the midfielder clashed heads with team-mate Olivier Giroud in Sunday's 2-0 win over Everton. Just after the interval, both players challenged Ross Barkley and Giroud ended up head-butting Coquelin in the nose. After returning to the field and carrying on for the majority of the second half, the ball struck Coquelin in the nose once again and he was forced off permanently on that occasion.
