Arsenal plot eleventh hour raid on PSG star
Arsenal have launched a last ditch attempt to sign PSG forward Ezequiel Lavezzi in January, according to reports in the Metro. The Argentina international looks set to leave Paris as his contract expires at the end of the season, and manager Arsene Wenger is said to be on red alert after becoming aware of his availability. The Gunners failed to add an outfield player over the summer months, but could be set to strengthen their frontline in the New Year sales.
