Arsenal star signs new deal despite Athletic Bilbao links
Arsenal star Nacho Monreal has signed a new three-year deal with the club despite being linked with a move to Athletic Bilbao in the summer, according to the Daily Mail, as reported by the Metro. The 29-year-old looks to have now snubbed speculation for any sort of exit after he managed to hold down a regular role under manager Arsene Wenger. He has overtaken England international Kieran Gibbs to the left-back position after a number of impressive displays for his side.
