Cech claims Chelsea still title favourites, but backs Arsenal to challenge
Arsenal's sole summer signing Petr Cech has rather controversially claimed that his former club Chelsea are still favourites for the Premier Leauge title, as reported by The Independent. The Czech international claims he is shocked by Chelsea's shocking form this season – with Jose Mourinho's side currently languishing in 16th.
