Deluded pundit labels Alexis & Özil ‘second-rate players'
Michael Owen is possibly one of the worst and most deluded pundits around, and in his latest outburst on BT Sport he has branded Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Özil second-rate players. Owen claims we don't bring the top quality stars from Spain anymore, and instead bring their fringe players. He highlights Özil and Alexis in particular, claiming they were second-rate after arriving at Arsenal from Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively.
