Scrappy, Physical and Dodgy Decisions – But Do You Care?
Morning all. I didn't see the game, I seldom do when it's a Saturday 3pm kick off but I managed to catch some highlights… How on earth did we win that match? Goodness only knows but lady luck sure was on our side and it was a good job too. Danny Welbeck was involved in both goals, firstly winning the penalty which Santi Cazorla slotted home and secondly for assist for Giroud having received the ball in an offside position. The penalty, well sometimes they are given, other times referees have awarded a free kick just outside the box and that's half the problem with the officiating in the league, there is little consistency but one thing we do know for sure, it was a foul.
