Martin Keown: 'Arsenal have missed opportunity in transfer window'
Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown has suggested that the Gunners have missed the opportunity to strengthen their attacking options during the transfer window. The North Londoners were heavily linked with a move for Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema and Paris Saint-Germain's Edinson Cavani before the transfer window closed, although neither left their respective clubs. Arsenal's only signing of the summer was the capture of goalkeeper Petr Cech from Chelsea.
