Wenger: Arsenal still hoping for transfers before deadline day
 Arsenal fans are clamouring for Arsene Wenger to be more active in the transfer market, with Petr Cech our solitary signing so far. Speaking after the win over Newcastle, Wenger claimed he was still hoping to do business, but admitted he wasn't sure if it would be possible, as reported by the Mirror. We've struggled for goals so far this season, and after four games Olivier Giroud is the only Arsenal player on the scoresheet. Alexis Sanchez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain played huge parts in goals against Crystal Palace and Newcastle respectively, but in the end they were chalked up to own goals.
