Wenger hopeful on transfers but can't make promises
Inevitably the conversation at today's press conference turned to transfers and whether or not Arsenal will make any further signings before the window closes on Tuesday. Arsene Wenger said he's hoping that the final five days will provide some action, as possible opportunities present themselves when clubs buy and sell, but said he can't promise there'll be any further spending this summer.
