Arsenal boss admits ‘surprise' at £21.4m transfer going through
 Arsene Wenger claims he's shocked that former Barcelona star Pedro made the switch to Chelsea, with the Frenchman claiming he was sure the Spaniard was on his way to Manchester United, according to the Express. As the report suggests, Pedro was seemingly on the verge of a move to Old Trafford, with United's club executive Ed Woodward even flying to Spain to get the deal done. At the last minute he made the switch to Chelsea however, much to the surprise of everyone – including Arsene Wenger.
