Nacho Monreal Close To Signing New Arsenal Deal
It has been revealed that Nacho Monreal is close to signing a new contract with Arsenal. According to the Daily Mail, the Spanish left-back is poised to put pen to a three-year deal with the Gunners after cementing his spot in Arsene Wenger's first team ahead of Kieran Gibbs. Montreal, 29, was being linked with return to Spain with Athletic Bilbao earlier this summer but it appears as though he is set to extend the deal that already has him contracted at the Emirates until the summer of 2017.
