Juventus make new move for long-time Arsenal target Julian Draxler
Juventus have submitted an improved offer for long-term Arsenal target Julian Draxler. The Schalke 04 playmaker has been the subject of intense transfer speculation all summer and while the Bundesliga outfit remain reluctant to sell the Germany World Cup winner, a fresh bid from Juve could be enough to secure a deal. The Old Lady have laid a £19m proposal on the table for Draxler and La Gazzetta dello Sport has revealed the 21-year-old is on the verge of penning a lucrative five-year contract, although both clubs have yet to agree a deal.
