Long-term Arsenal target turns down new contract
We have been linked with a host of new striking options this summer, Gonzalo Higuain being one of them (via talkSPORT). And now looks like it could be an excellent time to move for the Argentine, as his agent claims they have turned down a new contract with Napoli. The 27-year-old has been superb since making the switch from Real Madrid, and is far too good a player to be absent from the Champions League next season. His agent Nicolas Higuain clearly agrees, revealing that contract talks have not progressed.
