South American star chooses Arsenal ahead of other ‘proposals'
Arsenal star David Ospina has decided to stay with us next season. Despite receiving offers to leave, the Colombian looks to set deputise for Petr Cech next season, as AS report. Ospina starred for his national side at the Copa America earlier on this summer, but Cech's arrival meant that the spotlight was heavily fixated in his direction. It seemed at one point that the 26-year-old was set for a move to Fenerbahce (via talkSPORT), but with Wojciech Szczesny set to join Roma imminently (via The Guardian), it seems as though Ospina will remain at the club.
