Stoney - We will take one-goal wins
Casey Stoney has hailed Arsenal Ladies’ “professional job” against Birmingham City.
The Gunners bounced back from a disappointing 3-1 defeat against Liverpool with a 1-0 victory against David Parker’s side on Sunday, thanks to Chioma Ubogagu’s winner.
Arsenal’s second away win of the season sees them return to second place in the Women’s Super League, after Chelsea’s 4-0 defeat against Sunderland on Saturday, and Stoney was pleased with how the Gunners closed out the game.
