Arteta: Cech has lifted us
Cech has made the move across London after 11 years at Chelsea and is set to make his debut for the Gunners on their pre-season tour in Singapore. The 33-year-old clocked up over 450 appearances for the Blues and won four Premier League titles, three League Cups, four FA Cups, the Europa League and the Champions League. "His ambition is still there even though he has won everything in England and in Europe," said Arteta. "Those type of signings give a lift to the whole team. He's not just a good goalkeeper.
