Newcastle Pushing To Sign Arsenal Target Aleksandar Mitrovic
It has been revealed that Newcastle United are pressing on with their pursuit of Aleksandar Mitrovic. According to the Daily Mail, the Magpies remain hot on the trail of the Anderlecht striker after AS Roma and FC Porto pulled back their interest. Serbia international Mitrovic has been on Newcastle's radar for around 12 months and it is believed that the Toon are closing in on a £12million deal for the 20-year-old. Mitrovic, who joined Anderlecht from Partizan Belgrade in 2013, scored 27 goals for the Belgian club last season which has attracted the attention from a number of clubs in Europe including Arsenal.
