Arsenal squad assemble for first pre-season training session
London Colney played host to the first formal pre-season session today with first team stars joined by a number of Academy prospects. Per Mertesacker, Jack Wilshere, Mathieu Debuchy, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Nacho Monreal, Mathieu Flamini, Gabriel and Hector Bellerin all feature in snaps taken by club photographer Stuart MacFarlane. Youngsters Dan Crowley, Gedion Zelalem, Chuba Akpom and Chris Willock were also put through their paces by fitness coaches Shad Forsythe and Tony Colbert. Returning loanees Yaya Sanogo and Wellington Silva also took part, as did 17-year-old new signing Jeff Reine-Adelaide. Wellington secured a Spanish passport in April making him eligible to play in...
