Lukas Podolski given permission by Arsenal to find new club
Lukas Podolski looks set to leave Arsenal this summer after his agent claimed the Germany international has been given permission to find a new club. The 30-year-old forward moved to the Emirates three years ago but struggled to hold down a place in Arsène Wenger’s side, spending the second part of last season on loan at Internazionale. Podolski, who started for the Gunners in the 2014 FA Cup final victory over Hull, has been heavily linked with a move to Galatasaray and his agent Nassim Touihri says Wenger has allowed the World Cup winner to leave. “We had good talks with Wenger,” Touihri told the German newspaper Bild. “He wanted to keep Lukas at Arsenal but could not...
