Barcelona Won't Bid For Arsenal Target Arda Turan
It has been reported that Barcelona's pursuit of Atletico Madrid winger Arda Turan has stalled due to the club's presidential election. Cadena SER radio says the board of directors who are temporarily in charge of running the club, have claimed that approving new signings would be “exceeding their functions and responsibilities'. The board decided to put the deal on hold until after the results of the presidential elections on 18 July. Directors insist that they do not have the authority to approve any new signings, including that of Arda.
