Arsenal boss to launch deadline day release clause bid
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is plotting a late move to trigger impressive Valencia full-back Jose Luis Gaya’s £13.5m release clause before tonight’s 11pm transfer deadline, according to reports from the Daily Star.
The 19-year-old left-sided defender has been one of Los Che’s star performers this term, settling into a key first-team role despite his age.
His performances are understood to have alerted Real Madrid, but Wenger is considering a release clause-triggering offer before the day is out and is confident that he can nab the teenager. .twitter_follow {width:150px; height:30px;float:left;margin: 10px;}
