Man City Closing In On Arsenal Target Raheem Sterling
It has been reported that Liverpool have told Manchester City to get serious if they want Raheem Sterling. The Daily Star Sunday reported that City must offer at least £40million if they are to land Sterling – at the third attempt. City at first offered £25m plus £5m worth of add-ons which was rejected by the Anfield club. And after upping that bid by another £10m the answer from Liverpool was exactly the same – an emphatic 'No.' The offer was £35m in cash with £5m in extras but Liverpool argue that there are no guarantees that those lucrative add-ons will be paid into their bank. They want at least £40m up front for a player valued at around £50m but Liverpool have not...
