Chelsea stopper edges closer to Arsenal
According to The Independent, Arsenal goalkeeping coach Tony Roberts’ departure could mean Petr Cech’s move to The Emirates is imminent. Roberts is moving to Swansea, which has prompted speculation that Cech may want to bring Blues coach Christophe Lollichon with him. Lollichon has a close personal relationship with the Chelsea stalwart after working with him several years at Stamford Bridge. According to reports, Chelsea chairman Roman Abramovich will let Cech go to one of their rivals as a gesture of goodwill for 11 years of loyal service to the West London club.
