Inconsistent Arsenal costs dear again.
Morning all. A moment of stupidity from Leno. Instead of hoofing the ball away from danger, he decided to play the short ball to Xhaka who not only had a Burnley player on his heels but being a left-footed player, had a limited out ball. Yes, he could have played a first time right-footed out to his left but he didn’t. In typical Arsenal fashion, one touch was needed before making his pass which really wasn’t good. Then we had the two VAR incidents. One had the correct outcome in my opinion but the other was a shocker. Arsenal should have been awarded a penalty but there’s no guarantee we’d have scored from it. I thought we started quite well. We were moving the ball around well...
