Arsenal Target Ilkay Gundogan Locked In Talks With Barcelona
It has been revealed that Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has confirmed talks with Barcelona. Gundogan has been linked with Manchester United and Arsenal, but has confirmed contact with Barca. 'Yes, we're in talks. I haven't made a decision yet but I'm open to every option.
