Man City Make Lucrative Offer To Arsenal Target James Milner
It has been reported that Manchester City are desperate to keep James Milner at the club. The Daily Mail suggests that City are set to offer the 29-year old midfielder a £135,000-a-week deal to ward off the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool who are showing considerable interest. Milner, who is out of contract this summer, has been offered a four-year deal which includes incentives in the hope that he will re-sign with last season’s premiers. The former Aston Villa man has been a key part of Manuel Pellegrini’s squad this season, making 31 Premier League appearances for five goals, but it is believed he will turn down the offer.
