Yannick Carrasco 'willing to take pay cut to join Arsenal'

Belgian winger Yannick Carrasco is reportedly prepared to take a pay cut in order to force through a move from Dalian Yifang to Arsenal. The 25-year-old has been touted as a target for the Gunners and Premier League rivals Manchester United over the past week. Carrasco is believed to be unhappy in the Far East, just a year after linking up with the Chinese Super League side in a shock switch from Atletico Madrid. Arsenal are attempting to bring the Belgium international back to Europe, and Calciomercato suggests that the player is prepared to take a hit on his £9m annual salary in a bid to join the North London outfit.
