Arsenal consider £8.5m move to sign Southampton summer target
Arsenal are ready to make an £8.5million offer in attempts to beat Southampton to the signing of Porto star Juan Quintero, according to reports from the Metro. The 22-year-old was a January target for the two sides, but despite being heavily linked with a move to the Premier League, the switch failed to materialize.
